Projects will be evaluated by our panel of expert judges based on the following key metrics:

• Impact & Relevance
Does this solve a real problem for UNILAG students? The proposed solution should have a clear target audience and a measurable positive effect on campus life.
• Technical Complexity
Is the architecture robust? Are the chosen tools used effectively? We are looking for projects that push the technical boundaries of what can be built during a hackathon.
• Execution & Polish
Does it work? Is the UI/UX intuitive and free of major bugs? A clean, finished MVP often beats a complex but broken prototype.
• Presentation & Pitch
How well is the idea communicated? Your demo and README should clearly explain the problem, the solution, and how to use the software.
